Since joining ULS in 2021, Andrea has been dedicated to working hand in hand with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance on their individual insurance needs. Her commitment to understanding and addressing each client’s unique situation has been a cornerstone of her work.
After gaining experience as a sales representative and working in catering, Brendaliz moved on and began working with us on November 2020. Now she specializes in commercial insurance, audits, and taxes and she considers herself a leader, loves to dance and is a Zumba instructor.
Since 2021, Brian has been a fundamental pillar in our office, specializing in commercial insurance. His experience and dedication ensure that our clients receive the best advice and coverage for their needs. He is our underwriter and COI coordinator.
We are excited to introduce the newest addition to our team! Carlos is dedicated to helping clients find the best coverage for their unique needs. Csia has been a part of ULS since April 2021. Throughout her time with us, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills, professionalism, and dedication to her work. Her commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, and positive attitude have made her an invaluable member of our team. Cesia’s ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and her willingness to go above and beyond in her responsibilities have greatly contributed to our success. Christina opened ULS in January 2007 after getting her bachelors degree from Marion University. The office began as a secondary location of El Puente but quickly broke off and went independent the same year. In 2009 HR Block approached Christina and bought into the tax and accounting part of ULS. The first year Christina won the “top Latino Office” and Top 100!!! The business continued to grow. Christina took advantage of the classes and training and obtained her Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent licenses. After completing her 10 year agreement with HR Block, Christina returned to her independent nature. ULS’s home was purchased at the start of COVID and completed its first independent tax season in 2021. Christina is proud to provide a safe and organized home for our staff and clients.
Diana ensures that every client receives tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Her expertise spans a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, and commercial insurance. Diana is also very knowledgeable in payroll tax and accounting needs.
Diana’s commitment to excellence is evident in her genuine care for her team members. She continually trains our insurance department and keeps us abreast of any changes.
Since September 2023, Alex has been a dedicated team member at ULS, specializing in personal and commercial auto insurance. Alex has worked in the insurance industry since 2022. And since joining our team, she has expanded her knowledge greatly! She completed her P&C insurance licensing and tax classes. Alex is always eager to learn more and jumps at the opportunity to assist you with your needs!
Denise has been working with ULS since 2024 and has recently joined the commercial insurance department. Her dedication and hard work have made her an invaluable asset to our team, and we are excited to see her continue to excel and grow in all areas of ULS!
Jazmin has been a vital part of our team for the past year, specializing in payroll. With her attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, Jazmin ensures that all payroll operations run smoothly and accurately. Her expertise in this area has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and reliability.
Maria has been with United Life Services since opening our doors in 2007. Before that she was a key employee at El Puente. Maria’s deep knowledge of tax regulations and her meticulous approach ensure that every client receives the best possible service and advice.

Marisol has been an big part of our team since we opened the doors to our new location. As our receptionist, she is often the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Natasha is the welcoming face of our team, always ready to help in both English and Spanish. She makes sure every guest feels welcomed and every call runs smoothly. With her personality and great communication skills, Natasha keeps things organized and ensures everyone gets the assistance they need!
Norma has been a cornerstone of our team for the past 9-10 years, bringing her expertise to a wide range of services including taxes, audits, insurance, and accounting.
Norma has consistently delivered exceptional service, guiding clients through complex tax preparations, thorough audits, tailored insurance solutions, and meticulous accounting practices. Paula began her career with us at our previous location. When we transitioned to our new location at West Point, Paula moved with us.
Now, she has taken on a new role, specializing in personal car insurance.
Her contributions are vital to our success, and we look forward to her ongoing achievements in her new role.
Rachel started with ULS in 2016. She manages to keep track of all our clients receipts, statements and checks. She created and maintains a system for knowing when documents are received, and where they are in the process and then later stored.
She double checks all receipts and bank statements to ensure every potential expense is captured.
Rachel is an invaluable asset to our accounting team, and we are blessed to have her!!!
Sarai joined the ULS team in early 2025 and has quickly made a positive impact. She is already demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
We are excited to see how she continues to grow in this new role. With her dedication and eagerness to develop professionally, we have no doubt that Sarai will become an invaluable asset to the department and play a key role in its success.
Sarhy joined our commercial insurance department in 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the team.
With her impressive ability to grasp new concepts and her eagerness to help, she’s shown incredible potential in every task she takes on.
Sarhy is now transitioning into our Marketing department (Xuitch), and we are excited to see how she applies her skills in this new role. We’re looking forward to watching her grow and take on new challenges!

Vanessa started with us in 2014. She mastered commercial insurance before moving on to payroll. Now she manages our payroll department! She has meticulously improved our processes and procedures greatly since taking over in summer 2024. She strives to make payroll an easy part of your week!!

Recently started in our commercial insurance department. She has sold insurance for several years and already knows both personal and commercial insurance.
