After gaining valuable experience as a sales representative and working in the catering industry, Brendaliz took the next step in her career and joined our team in November 2020. Since then, she has grown. Now specializing in commercial insurance, audits, and taxes. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive approach have allowed her to excel in these areas and build lasting relationships with clients. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Brendaliz considers herself a natural leader—someone who brings energy and positivity to every situation. Outside of work, she channels her passion for movement and wellness as a Zumba instructor.
Since 2021, Brian has been a fundamental pillar in our office, specializing in commercial insurance. His experience and dedication ensure that our clients receive the best advice and coverage for their needs. He is our underwriter and COI coordinator.

Christina opened ULS in January 2007 after getting her bachelors degree from Marion University. The office began as a secondary location of El Puente but quickly broke off and went independent the same year. In 2009 HR Block approached Christina and bought into the tax and accounting part of ULS. The first year Christina won the “top Latino Office” and Top 100!!! The business continued to grow. Christina took advantage of the classes and training and obtained her Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent licenses. After completing her 10 year agreement with HR Block, Christina returned to her independent nature. ULS’s home was purchased at the start of COVID and completed its first independent tax season in 2021. Christina is proud to provide a safe and organized home for our staff and clients.
Diana is dedicated to delivering personalized insurance solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and circumstances. With expertise across insurance products—including auto, home, and commercial coverage—she brings a well-rounded and insightful approach to client service. In addition to her insurance knowledge, Diana is highly proficient in payroll tax and accounting, allowing her to provide comprehensive support to both individuals and businesses. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond client service; she takes an active role in supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment through ongoing training and development initiatives. Since September 2023, Alex has been a dedicated team member at ULS, specializing in personal and commercial auto insurance. Alex has worked in the insurance industry since 2022. And since joining our team, she has expanded her knowledge greatly! She completed her P&C insurance licensing and tax classes. Alex is always eager to learn more and jumps at the opportunity to assist you with your needs!
Denise has been working with ULS since 2024 and has recently joined the commercial insurance department and currently helping out in our accounting department. Her dedication and hard work have made her an invaluable asset to our team, and we are excited to see her continue to excel and grow in all areas of ULS!
Jazmin has been a vital part of our team for the past year, specializing in payroll. With her attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, Jazmin ensures that all payroll operations run smoothly and accurately. Luis joined our team in the summer of 2025 and has quickly proven himself to be a valuable asset. He is currently excelling in the insurance field, demonstrating a strong grasp of client needs and policy solutions. In addition to his growing expertise in insurance, Luis will also be expanding his role to include responsibilities in accounting. Maria has been with United Life Services since opening our doors in 2007. Before that she was a key employee at El Puente. Maria’s deep knowledge of tax regulations and her meticulous approach ensure that every client receives the best possible service and advice.

Norma has been a cornerstone of our team for the since 2016, bringing her expertise to a wide range of services including taxes, audits, insurance, and accounting. Paula began her career with us at our previous location. When we transitioned to our new location at West Point, Paula moved with us as a receptionist. Now, she has taken on a new role, specializing in personal car insurance. Her contributions are vital to our success, and we look forward to her ongoing achievements in her new role.
Rachel started with ULS in 2016. She manages to keep track of all our clients receipts, statements and checks. She created and maintains a system for knowing when documents are received, and where they are in the process and then later stored.
She double checks all receipts and bank statements to ensure every potential expense is captured.
Rachel is an invaluable asset to our accounting team, and we are blessed to have her!!!
Vanessa started with us in 2014. She mastered commercial insurance before moving on to payroll. Now she manages our payroll department! She has meticulously improved our processes and procedures greatly since taking over in summer 2024. She strives to make payroll an easy part of your week!!
Victoria recently joined our payroll department and has already made a noticeable impact with her exceptional skills and dedication.
