Christina Randall

Funder & CEO

Christina opened ULS in January 2007 after getting her bachelors degree from Marion University. The office began as a secondary location of El Puente but quickly broke off and went independent the same year. In 2009 HR Block approached her and bought into the tax and accounting part of ULS. The first year Christina won the “Top Latino Office” and Top 100! The business continued to grow. Christina took advantage of the classes and training and obtained her Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent licenses. After completing her 10 year agreement with HR Block, Christina returned to her independent nature. ULS’s home was purchased and completed its first independent tax season in 2021. Christina is proud to provide a safe and organized home for our staff and clients.

Arantxa Sánchez

Payroll Associate
After earning her degree in Business Administration and International Business, Arantxa gained experience in administrative, logistics, and human resources roles across several companies.
She has also worked in the food service industry, where she developed a strong passion for customer service. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude allow her to provide excellent support to both clients and team members.
Today, as a Payroll Associate at United Life Services, Arantxa helps ensure payroll processes are handled accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding service to our clients and their employees.

Brendaliz Figueroa

Insurance Specialist

After gaining experience as a sales representative and working in the catering industry, Brendaliz joined our team in November 2020. Since then, she has grown into a specialist in commercial insurance, audits, and taxes.
Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive approach have helped her build lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Brendaliz is a natural leader who brings energy and positivity to every situation. Outside of work, she enjoys sharing her passion for fitness as a Zumba instructor.

Receptionist
Bri is one of the newest member of our team! Originally from New York, she brings a friendly and outgoing personality to her role as our new receptionist. She looks forward to welcoming our clients and helping everyone feel right at home. He is also the familiar face you've seen on our tik toks

Since 2021, Brian has been a fundamental pillar in our office, specializing in commercial insurance.

Since September 2023, Alex has been specializing in personal insurance. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2022, and since joining our team, she has greatly expanded her knowledge and experience. Alex has completed her Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licensing as well as tax preparation classes, and she continues to grow professionally every day. We’re excited to share that Alex is now also assisting our clients with payroll services, making her an even more valuable part of our team.

He also serves as Vice President of Finance for Delta Sigma Pi, where he manages the fraternity’s finances and strengthens his leadership, collaboration, and financial management skills. Paula began her career with us at our previous location. When we transitioned to our new location at West Point, Paula moved with us as a receptionist. Now, she has taken on a new role, specializing in personal car insurance. Her contributions are vital to our success, and we look forward to her ongoing achievements in her new role.

Rachel Miller

Accountant

Rachel started with ULS in 2016. She manages to keep track of all our clients receipts, statements and checks. She created and maintains a system for knowing when documents are received, and where they are in the process and then later stored. She double checks all receipts and bank statements to ensure every potential expense is captured. Rachel is an invaluable asset to our accounting team, and we are blessed to have her!!!

Payroll Manager

Vanessa started with us in 2014. She mastered commercial insurance before moving on to payroll. Now she manages our payroll department! She has meticulously improved our processes and procedures greatly since taking over in summer 2024. She strives to make payroll an easy part of your week!!
